1. Complete Local Execution (Zero Audio/Video Transmission)
Sharing.io.vn does not possess, operate, or connect to any backend streaming servers, media ingestion endpoints,
or remote recording databases. When your web browser prompts you to grant camera or microphone access, media
streams are routed strictly between your operating system device driver and your browser's local HTML5
<video> or Web Audio context.
At no point in time are video frames, voice samples, frequency spectrums, or decibel measurements transmitted across the internet to Sharing.io.vn or any third party.
2. Ephemeral In-Memory Storage (Snapshots & Recordings)
When you choose to take a photo in our Webcam Photo Studio or record a voice sample in our Voice Recorder Studio:
- Data is encoded directly in your device's physical volatile RAM as an in-memory
Blobobject. - Saved files are downloaded directly from browser memory onto your computer's local drive via standard HTML5 download links.
- The moment you refresh, close the browser tab, or navigate away, the in-memory data is permanently purged by the browser's garbage collector.
3. Browser Hardware Permissions Lifecycle
Under the W3C Permissions API, your browser retains sole control over hardware access. Sharing.io.vn only requests permissions when you actively click a diagnostic test button (e.g., "Test My Microphone" or "Start Camera").
You can permanently revoke camera or microphone permissions at any time by clicking the padlock icon or site settings icon in your browser's URL address bar and selecting Reset permission or Block.
4. Cookies, Tracking & Analytics
Sharing.io.vn is built with a strict anti-tracking philosophy:
- No Tracking Cookies: We do not set marketing, profiling, or cross-site tracking cookies.
- No Third-Party Analytics: We do not load third-party surveillance scripts or behavioral tracking tags.
- No Canvas Fingerprinting: Our display and WebGL benchmarks are designed solely for user-initiated hardware calibration and do not generate or store persistent device fingerprint hashes.
5. Regulatory Compliance (GDPR & CCPA)
Because Sharing.io.vn does not collect, process, or store personal or biometric data, our services inherently adhere to the data minimization mandates of the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR - Regulation (EU) 2016/679, Articles 5, 6, and 9) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):
- No Sale of Personal Information: We do not sell, rent, or trade user data.
- No Biometric Processing: We do not extract facial geometry, voice signatures, or identifiable biometric records.
